is there any chance to study ux ui design as a DEP program not in the universities ?
you mentioned above if you already have a graduation degree you have no chance to study ui ux design, but what if you show them a certificate from google that shows you spend six month or more of self study in the field of design do you have chances in this way ?

Yes, it is definitely possible for you to study UX/UI design in Canada even if you are 35 years old. Age is not a barrier to pursuing education or changing careers, and many students of various ages and backgrounds are studying in Canada.
The most important factor in pursuing education in Canada is meeting the admission requirements of the institution offering the program you are interested in. This may include requirements such as a certain level of English proficiency (IELTS, Tofel), academic qualifications, work experience, and more.
It is important to research the specific admission requirements for the UX/UI program you are interested in, and to speak with admissions representatives to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria.
Additionally, as an international student, you may need to meet additional requirements such as obtaining a study permit and demonstrating sufficient financial resources to support your studies and living expenses in Canada.
Overall, age should not discourage you from pursuing your education goals, and Canada offers a welcoming and diverse community of learners from all backgrounds and ages.
